There's a lot of technical things you need to work out with this animation. Your background doesn't cover your entire stage in some parts and it leaves these glaring white stripes. Also, you do not need the dialogue; this story can be told by action alone. In addition, your choice of font is difficult to read and the yellow text at the end clashes really badly against your background. That being said, it looks like you animated this frame by frame. I applaud you for that because that is not, at all, easy to do. Consider a replay button. If you need help with the code, PM me and I can help you.
